The day was a great success and was pitched at exactly the right level. I personally think that there is a lot of similarities between our core values, standards and ethos for what we are trying to instil into our teams, in order to get the most out of them.  Feedback from the lads was very positive and everyone agreed that the visit was very beneficial. The presentations at the start of the day created plenty of discussion and definitely give us food for thought and something to take away.
